Trolls gotta troll

Considering this is the same administration that gave guns to Mexican drug cartel on purpose, this isn't surprising. What's even less surprising is that all Obama's devout followers are giving him yet another free pass. That was for the politics of gun control, this was for the simplest of politics: getting votes from a certain group. Both ended in tragedy. A conservative could never dream of getting away with 1/100 of what this guy does. Nobody talks about this on the joke that television news has become. Nobody talked about Fast and Furious. It's gross and pathetic. Serious props to Buzzfeed for at least mentioning this. I just hope the readership finds a modicum of the only diversity that means anything: diversity of thought.

Here's a working link. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2001 and 2005 that foreign nationals who cannot be deported may not be held in detention longer than six months. Deportations resumed in mid-January 2011 — three months after Dufrene was released from custody under ICE supervision. Apparently Clark v. Martinez, 7-2 decision, with Scalia writing for the majority.  Let's see if that, and the obvious reason for his stalled deportation being the Haiti earthquake, get underplayed when people try to make this a thing. I can't find how young Dufrene was when he emigrated, but the article says he was here at the age of 14, which seems like another relevant fact to contradict what will no doubt be talking points that paint an immigration policy friendly to fully-formed, foreign-grown psychopaths.
