RealityBites 4 months agoWhat garbage, psychopathic prosecutors are the rule not the exception, how else could you have so many lives destroyed by over zealous deranged lunatics in the gov. Only a psychopath will play hardball over some downloaded publicly funded docs. Just like the psychopaths that destroy lives over growing a plant.

6 month sentence offered, but no offers to drop a single charge, without a guilty plea.
Thats not fishy, with secret service getting involved?
You expect the man to lie about his guilt, by simply increasing the threat? Yeah, I chose to die too, when liberty was stolen from me.
It was not an act of suicide in my case, it was attempted homicide, & I proved it within a padded cell, or else I’d be dead.
Ortiz has a husband that doesn’t understand liberty.

aond 4 months agoThese prosecutions are nothing more than a bunch of old farts trying desperately to exert control over an uncontrollable medium. You can’t stop the flow of information, and they’re terrified because strangling information flow is how they maintain power. Why do you think hackers get more jail time on average than a child molester? Politicians don’t care about the rule of law only about keeping their power.
