Thirty-Somethings on MySpace

Old people are starting to join MySpace.

We heard today that parents are suing MySpace because their underage daughters were "victimized," and also that there's new software that will keep teens from lying about their age. But what about this disturbing new trend of thirty-somethings on MySpace, the people who list Dave Eggers under "heros" and post pics of their 2-year-olds like some kind of hip accessory? We find this to be much more controversial.

Editorial note: Whoa! You've found a super-old post here on BuzzFeed, from an earlier era of the site. It doesn't really represent where we are anymore, and may in fact be totally broken, but we're leaving it up as a part of our early history.
