McCain’s place of birth - in the Panama Canal Zone - may become an issue in his quest for the Oval Office. posted The Constitution stipulates that only “natural-born citizens” can hold the highest office, and there’s never been a clear definition of what that means when it comes to citizens not born on US soil.
