Some neighborhoods are taking a turn for the worse. There are so many fairy tales about crappy scary neighborhoods turning into hotbeds of hipster-yuppie activity. It’s totally worth enduring the long months of racial and economic tension. Unfortunately, some neighborhoods just aren’t destined for Williamsburg-like greatness.
