Creative Commons founder Lawrence Lessig is launching a new project after pulling out of a possible run for Congress in his California district. posted He has outlined a “pledge” for congressional members that includes cleaning-up campaign funding and putting an end to earmarks, and he intends to leverage Web 2.0 to make sure they stick to it.
