The proprietors of the McNally Jackson bookstore have a knack for setting up end displays. They even accommodate those who want books about both swords and spaceships.
I want to laugh at them, but they have Glen Cook's Black Company facing out and that's my all-time favorite series. And they're showcasing Gene Wolfe, which is by no means an easy read or a simple “sword” book. So, good taste, silly marketing?
And these books over here have cursive writing on their covers. (That means they're for chicks.)
