GOP Rep. Darrell Issa has taken the Obama administration to task for allegedly using private emails to avoid disclosure. In 2007, however, Issa, now Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, defended the Bush administration at a committee hearing for using private email addresses.
