Rupert Murdoch Says Romney Should Support A Pathway To Citizenship For Illegal Immigrants
News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch offered some advice Mitt Romney at a forum in Boston Tuesday. “As for the illegal Mexicans give them a path to citizenship. They’ll pay taxes, they are hardworking people they are everything. Why Mitt Romney doesn’t do it, I have no idea.”

To understand American politics you have to be cynical and see that every candidate’s positions are not the result of conviction but of vote garnering. What Murdoch said is no different than what any liberal political scientist would say. Full disclosure: I am a flaming liberal that would like to give Murdoch more than a handful of swift kicks to the balls.
