JFD8 a year agoKent Tekulve “was a hero of mine when I was growing up,” says Santorum, who is just a year younger and who was an adult by the time Tekulve made a name for himself. Tekulve was a very good and very unorthodox pitcher who resembled and moved like Ray Bolger. But a “hero?” if Santorum was a Pirates fan then, why not Willie Stargell or Dave Parker?
