Davine S. a year agoHe said “I think there’s a right to unreasonable search and seizure”. I assume he meant “citizens should be protected against unreasonable search and seizure as laid out in the constitution”, but that’s not what he said. Freud would have a lot to say about this dickhead.

bemydemon a year agoThis guy is so whack it’s not even funny. I really wish he could somehow beat Romney but the GOP establishment would never let that happen. Luckily, he will stick around for a while so everyone can get a good look at what at least part of the GOP has devolved into. I love the fact that he has a “Google Problem.”

FedandBuzzed a year agoHe’s technically correct. There is no right to privacy in the Constitution. The Warren Court “inferred” the right from multiple amendments— mostly the Fourth, Ninth, and Fourteenth. But unlike Santorum, I think it’s a good thing. It’s a right that should be there. Plus, the system of “inferring” things from the Constitution has probably produced things Santorum likes, such as the sweeping power the Executive has to make war without any Congressional oversight.
