aheal2008 4 months agoI hope this works but from what I have read they are scumbag lawyers who do this on purpose so they can wind people up and then sue them. If the Westboro Baptist Church is deemed a hate group whats to stop them from changing their name? Yes I think they are that pathetic rather than take the hint that america is tired of their hate spewing ways they would just change their name. Too bad we can’t deport them while we are at it

Jessica D. 4 months agoI definitely think the government should be able to step in on this. Like someone mentioned below, they have a tax exempt status. And for what? So they can protest soldiers funerals or claim that the deaths of 20 children were a punishment because of gay marriage? Disgusting. They should be a hate group. There is nothing holy about them. They wanna preach hate? They should pay taxes.
