Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul Airs His Festivus Grievances

The Kentucky senator has a few problems with Washington.

1. On Sunday night, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul told the political world he would be airing his Festivus grievances on his Twitter account Monday.
