Lindemann began Snapchatting photos of herself in the hospital Sunday night. Her fans began speculating that it had something to do with her relationship with Reynolds.

. @MadyReynolds actually the hospital won't let me leave ur wrong

The fan speculation appears to have provoked Reynolds into responding a few minutes later.

i should've never said any names or brought others into my drama. that was wrong for me to do. i'm sorry.

Reynolds told his fans that he was just with Lindemann and that she was fine.

i was just with her. everything is okay.

Lindemann then apologized to her followers.

I'm 16. I make mistakes and I'm sorry. Hopefully you can forgive me for them. But to grow I need to make these mistakes. I love you guys.

Reynolds then denied that he had anything to do with Lindemann being in the hospital.

maggie is saying i'm the reason why she's in the hospital... lol nah you're just crazy and psychotic. fuck you.

i don't even want to live anymore. fuck this.

Several minutes later, Lindemann tweeted a screenshot explaining that Reynolds was making fun of her for being in the hospital.

Reynolds then began tweeting that he had reached his "breaking point" and that he was contemplating suicide.

i've reached my breaking point. hope you're all happy.

i never had any thoughts of killing myself until now. & no it's not bc of maggie. it's bc of all the unnecessary hate i get. i'm sick of it.

Reynolds' Twitter account then went dark. Lindemann responded, writing that "suicide isn't a fucking joke."

I'm okay. Thank you guys so much for everything. I don't know what the hell id do without my supporters. You guys are my world.

Lindemann then wrote she would be taking a break from Twitter.

getting off Twitter for awhile. today made me realize a lot. sorry for any hurt I've but you through.

remember to stay strong and I love you all more than anything no matter what. ❤️

After a few hours of silence, Reynolds posted he was also headed to the hospital, but "will be fine."

i'm going the hospital. but don't worry guys i'll be fine.

i really did think about doing it, but then I talked to my friends and family. they made me realize that there's a lot more to life.

In April 2014, Reynolds' half-brother Adam, 43, a physical education teacher at Ben Hill Middle School in Tampa, Florida, organized an unauthorized pizza party so female students could meet Reynolds.

News of the meet-and-greet leaked out and about 1,000 girls showed up, banging on doors of the school. Then a 14-year-old told police that she had sex with Carter Reynolds after the event at Adam Reynolds' home.

Police investigated the claims but made no arrest. In May, Adam Reynolds was reinstated to his teaching job and given six months' back pay.
