Ross' widow Rachael was presented with her husband's stetson.

Ross' family remembered the 32-year-old police officer as a devoted husband, attentive father, known for his close relationship with his K-9 partner Danny.

Bourque, the alleged shooter, was arrested unarmedFriday, concluding a multiple-day manhunt. Bourque reportedly emerged from a patch of woods and said, "I'm done." Bourque has been charged with first-degree murder.
