Russia Responds To Swedish Foreign Minister's Grammar Trolling With Glaring Grammatical Error

Aren't?

On Tuesday, the official Russian foreign ministry Twitter account sent the following tweet about Australia's desire to leave Russia out of an upcoming G20 meeting because of its invasion of Ukraine.

#Lavrov: The Australian FM’s idea not to invite Russia to the G20 summit is not surprising but he should not lose sight of its principles

In jumped Carl Bildt — the foreign minister of Sweden, a prolific tweeter, and a longtime critic of Vladimir Putin's Russia — to point out to Russia's foreign ministry that Australia's foreign minister is a woman.

@mfa_russia You should know that Australia FM @JulieBishopMP is not a “he”. Fairly basic.

About 24 hours later, the Russian foreign ministry fired back, saying its reference to Foreign Minister Julie Bishop as a "he" was merely a "misprint." And that it meant to say "it." And that..."aren't?"

@carlbildt Apologize for the misprint - not "he", but "it" (#G20). Some FM's accounts in turn are famous for constant misleading, aren't?
