Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid claimed Tuesday that an unidentified “Bain Investor” called to inform him that Mitt Romney “ didn’t pay any taxes for 10 years,” a charge the Senate’s top Democrat repeated on the chamber floor Wednesday, despite a denial from Senator John McCain, whose campaign examined Romney’s returns in 2008.
Reid’s wild charge begs the question, however: What else is Mitt Romney not telling people he may or may not have done. Because this isn’t the only thing the presumptive Republican presidential nominee has not yet disproven to the American public.
Here are some more negatives that remain unproven.
- Donald Trump slammed the CIA after reports that the agency believes Russia used hacks to try to help him win.
- Rudy Giuliani is no longer being considered for a position in the Trump administration. Trump says the former NYC mayor withdrew his name.
- Fire investigators have ruled out a refrigerator as the cause of a warehouse fire that killed 36 people in Oakland, California.
