Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday that people could die as a consequence of the information Edward Snowden revealed about the government's top secret surveillance programs. "It is possible the United States will be attacked because terrorists may now know how to protect themselves in some way or another that they did not know before," Kerry said.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange dismissed this on This Week With George George Stephanopoulos Sunday. "I myself was subject to precisley this rhetoric two or three years ago and it all proved to be false."
