Racy photos of Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and two strippers surfaced online last month, and on Monday, the woman who said she took the photos in 2009 filed a lawsuit accusing Jones of sexual assault.

Jana Wecklery of Ardmore, Oklahoma, said Jones grabbed and kissed her without her consent, ultimately penetrating her with his fingers and having oral sex with another woman in front of her, the suit says. His actions caused her severe emotional distress affecting her ability to work and contributing to a suicide attempt, the suit says. She is seeking at least $1 million in damages from Jones and the Cowboys organization.

"For the Cowboys to facilitate its president in his sexual predations constitutes extreme and outrageous conduct," the suit says.

Jones and team officials then threatened her to keep her from going to police, the suit says. She was intimidated into signing documents and feared for her life, the suit alleges.

According to an attorney who has been advising Weckerly, the women started out partying with Jones. As he went from friendly to making advances to Weckerly, she became uncomfortable. She and the other women were forcibly removed from the club by Jones' security team, attorney Thomas Bowers said.

Those accusations are "completely false," an attorney for Jones said. He characterized the suit and photos as an attempt at extortion.

"The legal complaint is unsupported by facts or evidence of any kind," Levi McCathern said in a statement. "This is nothing more than an attempt to embarrass and extort Jerry Jones. This is a shakedown by a lawyer who is a solo practitioner just trying to make a name for himself. The alleged incidents would have been more than five years old."

The photos were originally released by a man claiming to be the son of God who said they were taken from people looking to extort Jones. The women in the photos told TMZ they don't remember much of the night, but there was a lot of alcohol involved. They also said they had been unable to reach Weckerly.
