Welcome to the election year. The presidential campaigns aren't the only ones starting early. Nevada Republican Dan Schwartz, a businessman running for Congress in the new Nevada Fourth Congressional District against some better-known politicians, is putting this one up on Fox News in the district tomorrow, and during the January presidential debates.

The thinking: Republican primary voters will be glued to the Republican presidential campaign struggle. And while the primary isn't until June, it's a rare opportunity to communicate with that captive audience.
