The Riverdale panel at San Diego Comic-Con revealed a BUTTLOAD OF FUN AND TERRIFYING FACTS about Season 2. So let's dive right in, shall we?

1. We'll find out by the end of the Season 2 premiere whether Fred Andrews (Luke Perry) survived the shooting that happened at the end of last season's finale.

The CW

The panel screened a sneak peak of the episode that showed Archie (K.J. Apa) in his blood-stained letterman jacket, talking to his friends about the shooting. They appear to be at a hospital, which at least should indicate that Fred didn't die at the scene of the crime. There's also speculation in the clip that the shooting may have been a hit.
