    Lauren Conrad Says Bye-Bye To Laguna Beach

    Even though she became famous in the beach town, Lauren Conrad is done with Laguna Beach, listing her home for over $2 million.

    Lauren Conrad of “The Hills” fame has a bevy of homes, including one in the 4,000-plus square foot beauty in the Brentwood section of L.A. and a Beverly Hills penthouse.

    No wonder, then, that the enterprising California native is looking to part with all ties to Laguna Beach, where she is selling her home for $2.795 million. The 28 year old bought the home back in 2009 for $2 million.

    The 2,280-square-foot house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located 5 La Senda Pl and is a hop, skip and jump from the beach.

    Conrad has home priced over the median home value of $ 1,632,700, but with easy beach access, the home will likely snag a buyer quickly.

    Pairing down the real estate assets comes as Conrad and her fiancé William Tell move toward the big wedding day. The happy couple was out shopping for a wedding dress and have made no secret that they are looking forward to Valentine’s Day.
