Romney-Ryan To Begin Final Stretch On Friday With Major Ohio Rally

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will be joined by dozens of lawmakers and politicians on Friday evening in West Chester, Ohio, to kick off the campaign's final four-day push before the election, the campaign will announce Wednesday.

The event, in the Cincinnati suburb of a must-win swing state for the Romney campaign, will begin an 11-state tour lasting through election day to be called the "Romney-Ryan Real Recovery Road Rally," with nearly 100 surrogates breaking into groups to stump for the Republican ticket.

The territory covered includes swing, lean Democrat, and lean Republican states, of which Romney must win between four and eight to capture the presidency: Colorado, Ohio, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

The Romney campaign expects to "greatly exceed" its high point in Ohio of about 12,000 attendees at the rally, an aide said as.
