President Barack Obama’s Campaign Manager Jim Messina (@Messina2012) has nearly 14,000 followers on Twitter — but there are at least two people he wants nothing to do with on the social media site: Republican National Committee operatives Sean Spicer and Rick Wiley.
Spicer, the RNC’s communications director, and Wiley, it’s political director, are both blocked on Twitter by Messina. Messina did not immediately reply to an emailed request for comment as to why he blocks them.
“Guess the false promises Messina has to peddle are so far fetched he doesn’t want Spicer and me to get a jump on discrediting him,” Wiley told BuzzFeed.
