1 Cauliflower Burrito, halved
4 Hard Beef Tacos
4 Hard Chicken Tacos
4 Soft Cauliflower Tacos
4 Soft Chicken Tacos
4 Lamb Dos Capas
4 Pork Dos Capas
1 Pulled Pork Nachos
1 cup Basilo sauce
1 cup Red Chilli sauce
1 cup gaucamole

STEP 1. On a large circular tray, place the bowl of guacamole in the centre.
STEP 2. Surround the guacamole with Zambrero chicken, beef, pork and cauliflower burritos, so that they form a circle around the bowl.
STEP 3. Place 3 small empty serving bowls at the edge of the board, to mark thirds.
STEP 4. In the first third, place the Zambrero hard beef and hard chicken tacos so that they follow the edge of the board and create a curve. They should fit snug between the serving bowls, holding them in place.
STEP 5. In the second third, place the Zambrero soft cauliflower and soft chicken tacos so that they follow the edge of the board and continue the curve. They should fit snug between the next set of serving bowls, holding them in place.
STEP 6. In the last third, place the Zambrero lamb dos capas and pork dos capas so that they follow the edge of the board and complete the curve. They should fit snug between the next set of serving bowls, holding them in place.
STEP 7. To complete the board, add the Zambrero pulled pork nachos to one of the serving bowls on the outer edge, then add the Basilo sauce and the Red Chilli sauce in the other empty bowls.
STEP 8. Enjoy!
