Definitely one of the most complex of yoga poses! Many teachers agree this pose has a great positive impact not only your physical strength but also on your mental focus and endurance. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi this pose is guaranteed to fit well into your practice. 
And just a little reminder: be kind to yourself during your practice!

Warior II. Pose

This pose requires admirable patience first to get into, and then to hold it, even just for a few moments! Dancer pose is supposed to serve as a reminder of the constant cycle of change and growth, and an acknowledgment of no good existing without evil.
Remember to be kind to yourself when you're practicing Dancer or any other pose!

Tree Pose reminds us all of the need for strong roots in order to grow tall. This pose requires strong mental focus and a very steady gaze! If you're a beginner try this pose first with your hands at your heart center and experienced yogis can try closing their eyes to challenge their balance! 
And remember, always be kind to yourself when you practice this or any other poses.

Tree Pose

This deep backbend which improves flexibility and strength with one leg lifting (!!!) requires a big chunk of patience and kindness to yourself. The key in creating this pose is slowly, one inch at a time, lifting your leg up knee first and then extending your entire leg to the sky! 
Remember, be kind to yourself both in and out of your practice.
