Promising review: "As I'm writing this review, this product is $229, and that is just wild for what you get. I've been printing since the days when you had to build your own RepRap and send parts to people, so I've seen a fair few printers over the past decade and worked on them professionally for a while. I've seen $20,000 printers that don't live up to the build and print quality of this machine. My last one was a SparkMaker (original) and that blew me away, but this thing put my jaw on the floor in comparison. The build quality is far superior to what I'd expect in this price range — tons of solid metal, thicker than expected plastics, and powerful cooling. The SparkMaker I felt like achieved its price and performance by cutting all the right corners in all the right places, but this one when you open it up feels like what the SparkMaker could have been if no corners were cut at all. The accessories package alone is probably worth $50 (masks, funnels, measuring cups, gloves, flush cutters, putty knives...absolutely unreal!). The software is delightful to use and even works on Linux (no virtualization!), and the integrated screen on the printer tells you far more than you even need to know while it works. Print quality is downright phenomenal for the price. I'm used to printing multiple variants of objects for commercial processes with slight differences of a 10th of a millimeter here or there and then finding the one that works best, but this thing is a level of accuracy I didn't believe was attainable in this price range. I couldn't be happier with this machine." —UE
