These are made of 100% Supima cotton (basically the best and strongest kind of cotton). The sheets can fit mattresses up to 14" deep. I own and love this percale sheet set, especially for the summer — they don't have the highest thread count (215) but they're very crisp and breathable and have a very ~natural~ feel to them (almost like thinner linen), unlike some treated fabrics. (If you like super smooth-feeling fabrics, this is not for you.) They also wash up well and get softer with use. While they might seem expensive for a lower thread count set, I think the quality of the cotton and comfort level make them well worth the price.
