Target Learning Outcomes

For a campus that takes resume-relevance as seriously as yours does, your best bet is an internship course for credit associated with a career education office, tied to professional development learning, for elective credit. Maybe you even want to include this credit in your general education requirements!

Career Education/ Professional Development Course

For a campus as interested in giving students theoretical frameworks as yours is, your best bet is a course that packs methodological (ethnography) or theoretical (organizational behavior) content and can be used for students across placement types.

Ethnography/Organizational Behavior Course

With a campus as crazy about research as yours is, your best bet is a course that demands a significant term project of students for elective credit. Maybe your campus may even want to add this sort of credit to your general education requirements!

Research Course

With a very strong faculty and so much emphasis on major credit, the strongest approach on your campus is a course related to the discipline of the placement.
