3 tbsp garlic dip (toum)

½ red capsicum, grilled

½ yellow capsicum, grilled

½ green capsicum, grilled

3 tbsp mint, chopped

Method:

STEP 1: Place a pan on medium heat and cook the Woolworths Italian Style Fennel Pork Sausages for 20 minutes, rotating every minute or so to ensure the sausage cooks evenly all the way through. Place to the side and repeat the process with the Woolworths Caramelised Onions & Angus Beef Sausages, Woolworths Fetta & Spinach Chicken Sausages and Woolworths Fetta & Rosemary Lamb Sausages.

STEP 2: Using a sharp knife, cut the sausages on an angle, into slices approximately 1cm thick, then set aside.

STEP 3: Lay the bread rolls on a chopping board and, keeping them intact, use a sharp knife to slice them in half lengthwise. Lay the base of all 12 bread rolls on a large baking tray so you have 3 going down and 4 across, creating an even rectangle.

STEP 4: To make the Italian sliders, spread the passata on the base of 3 bread rolls going down. Layer with sliced tomato, Italian pork sausages, buffalo mozzarella and a sprinkle of dried basil.

STEP 5: To make the beef and onion sliders, spread tomato relish on the base of 3 bread rolls doing down. Layer with rocket, beef sausages, grilled onions, shredded mozzarella and mustard.

STEP 6: To make the chicken and bacon sliders, spread avocado on the base of 3 bread rolls going down. Layer with spinach, chicken sausages, bacon, barbecue sauce and bacon.

STEP 7: To make the garlic lamb sliders, spread garlic dip (toum) on the base of 3 bread rolls going down. Layer with grilled capsicums, lamb sausage slices and chopped mint.

STEP 8: Season the entire tray with salt and pepper to taste, then place the top half of all the bread rolls on top, keeping intact. Place in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes, until the top of the bread rolls have turned lightly golden and the cheese in the centre has melted.

STEP 9: Serve on a large platter and tear sliders apart.

STEP 10: Enjoy!
