    Duggar Family Already Thinking About 19th Child

    It's just the gift that keeps on giving and giving and giving. The Duggar family just said hello their 18th child and yet they're already thinking of Baby No. 19. Break out those Baby Names Books cause I don't know how many names that start with the Letter J are still left.
