24 Charts That Show How Easy It Is To Go Vegan

    Are you thinking about trying out a vegan diet?

    Awesome! There are a lot of reasons to give it a go.

    You might feel overwhelmed at the idea, but there's good news: transitioning to a plant-based, all-vegan diet sounds a lot harder than it actually is.

    To help combat the fears of any vegan-to-be, I rounded up some easy charts from accounts I follow on Instagram to help guide you on your plant-based journey.

    1. First of all, there's so much food to choose from.

    2. Second, read up on your vegan sources of protein. Once you have an idea of how much protein there is in each, you'll soon learn how much you need to feel full.
