    Meet The Soon To Be New World's Shortest Man

    He turns 18 next month, and will likely (barring unforseen new title contenders) be crowned the new world's shortest man by The Guiness Book of World Records at that time, making Edward "Nino" Hernandez's reign a short one. He's From Nepal and is 22" tall and weighs 10 lbs. He's Khagendra Thapa Magar.
