    Kidnapping Suspect Falls From Bridge

    Ambrose Martinez ended a two hour standoff with police in Oklahoma by falling off a bridge. In addition to kidnapping his daughter, Martinez has outstanding arrest warrants for battery with a deadly weapon, rape and assault.
