5. Sweat it out with a good workout.

6. Head home for a pre-weekend crash session.

7. Get lost in a good book!

8. Create 30 minutes of silence for prayer, meditation or simply quiet time.

9. Get your creative on—knit, crochet, Zentangle, draw or paint.

10. Chow down on a delicious feast with your favorite people.

11. Go dancing (or have a private dance party in your living room)!

12. Snuggle in with your best bud for a date with the DVR.

13. Or escape to the movie theater and live life vicariously through the characters on the big screen.
