    1. Put some distance between your job and your life. Go for a run.

    2. Head to your favorite coffee shop and order up your favorite splurge drink—whipped cream and all.

    3. Take a hike (literally)!

    4. Visit your favorite salon and treat yourself to a mani-pedi.

    5. Sweat it out with a good workout.

    6. Head home for a pre-weekend crash session.

    7. Get lost in a good book!

    8. Create 30 minutes of silence for prayer, meditation or simply quiet time.
