INGREDIENTS

¾ cup frozen mixed berries

¼ cup plain yogurt

½ cup VITA COCO PRESSED COCONUT WATER

PREPARATION:

1.Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Mango Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

½ cup frozen mango

1 banana

½ cup VITA COCO PRESSED COCONUT WATER

PREPARATION:

1.Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Banana Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 banana

½ cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

½ cup VITA COCO PRESSED COCONUT WATER

Fresh fruit and granola

PREPARATION:

1.Place banana, yogurt, and honey in blender, then blend until smooth and creamy.

2.Pour into ice molds and freeze until solid (at least 6 hours).

3.Place frozen smoothie into blender and add VITA COCO. Blend until smooth.

4.Serve with fresh fruit and granola.
