The soup is made from shrimp, mushrooms, and tomatoes and with a wide array of spices topped with chilies and fish sauce for a spicy and tangy kick. You can enjoy this signature dish at the Kata Rocks if you are planning to visit the Phuket Island.

Pad Thai

This is also a dish loved by almost all people across Thailand, this is a noodle dish made with soaked dried rice noodles stir-fried with eggs, tofu, dried shrimp shallots and garlic and the cook also may add other vegetables like bean sprouts pickled radishes or turnips and sometimes raw banana flower, this the dish is served hot straight from the wok with a wedge of lime and a dash of fish sauce.
