    When you say "don't stop" and they CHANGE IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't stop means do not change a single solitary tiny little thing you are doing. Do not change rhythm, pressure, pace, technique, position, breathing, ANYTHING. I swear I have to refrain from kicking them sometimes…
