Thank you! I think you hit the nail on the head here. I looked at this post and these girls really look great. Are they super healthy? Maybe some of them, but many are putting stress on there joints and organs by carrying extra weight. But because of this attitude of “health at every size” women who are much bigger than the ones in this article, who are definitely considered obese, are claiming that it’s normal and healthy, and it’s not. My brother’s wife is one of these people, and her attitude has caused him to eat more, and gain weight as well. I hate to see my family get stuck in this mindset because it’s really going to affect their health down the road. And the more weight you put on, the harder it is to start to lose.
