    Tips On How To Improve Your Mental Health

    Every Day should be Mental Health Awareness Day, however it is still important to shed the light on this highly important topic intensively each year. Roughly 1 in 4 people in the UK suffer from anxiety and/or depression, over half of them not speaking up about it. Yearly the numbers of those who are affected with a mental health disorder increase which is why it is important to constantly spread awareness. At our Students Union we are hosting activities and talks all around that topic from the 4th of March to 8th of March. Here are tips on how to improve your mental health and why it is important to speak up about it.

    Get yourself a colouring book!

    Meditate!
