A psychic vampire usually leads a secretive life, keeping his religious beliefs a secret and not telling you what religious practices they have. A psychic vampire is able to detect a person with high energy, channel their energy with these people, and then suck the energy out of these people. They do this because it tends to build them up again.

As such, psychic vampires target people with high energy such as teenagers, young children, and athletes.

Spotting a psychic vampire is not very easy as they do not actually wear a dark cape and fangs. They are ordinary looking people who deal with you on an everyday basis on ordinary things.

You have to have yourself protected because a psychic vampire does not take into consideration what happens to its prey.

First thing to do to protect yourself from them is to pray everyday. Ask the Lord Jesus to strengthen you and protect you from any form of evil. Ask the Lord and the Holy Spirit to keep you strong to resist the powers of energy drain.

Before you blame anyone for draining your energy, you may want first to have yourself checked for some illnesses like chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, or poor nutrition. These can also be causes of your energy drain.

You can also go to a therapist and talk to her about any emotion or anger that you feel inside you. And then, it is also advised that you exercise to keep your health and immune system at par with all the stresses brought about by work and other daily activities.

If you feel that a certain person is draining your energy and you have felt this on different occasions, then by all means, stay away from this person. Do not let his presence take away all the energy that you have.

Psychic vampires are not actually all bad. In fact, they could be your boss, a colleague, or a mere acquaintance. Do not also judge them as evil. All you have to do is to prevent them from taking out all your energy.
