Ingredients:

1 Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

⅓ cup barbecue sauce

¾ pound pizza dough

1¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Sliced scallions, for garnish

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (375ºF for convection ovens).

2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Cover with a lid and cook for 6 minutes. Flip chicken, cover again, and cook for another 6–7 minutes. Uncover pan, flip chicken one more time, and sear until chicken is fully cooked through to 165ºF.

3. Remove chicken and let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Use two forks to shred chicken. Toss chicken with barbecue sauce.

4. Stretch pizza dough into an oval shape on a greased sheet tray. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over dough. Top with barbecue chicken.

5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until crust is golden brown (keep a close eye, as the sugars in the barbecue sauce can quickly get dark). Remove from oven.

6. Garnish with sliced scallions. Slice and serve.

Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1¼ cups heavy cream

Zest of 1 lemon, plus 4 teaspoons juice

1½ teaspoons kosher salt

½ teaspoon ground pepper

12 ounces, cooked according to package instructions

Minced parsley, for garnish

Preparation:

1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Cover with a lid and cook for 6 minutes. Flip chicken, cover again, and cook for another 6–7 minutes. Uncover pan, flip chicken one more time, and sear until chicken is fully cooked through to 165ºF.

2. Remove chicken and let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Cut chicken into small pieces.

3. Combine heavy cream, lemon zest and juice, kosher salt, and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then fold in pasta shells and chopped chicken. Stir everything together and let cook for 2–3 minutes or until the sauce clings to the pasta.

4. Garnish pasta with minced parsley and serve immediately.

Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

4 burrito-sized flour tortillas

¼ cup adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle in adobo)

4 cups shredded Mexican cheese

Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Preparation:

1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Cover with a lid and cook for 6 minutes. Flip chicken, cover again, and cook for another 6–7 minutes. Uncover pan, flip chicken one more time, and sear until chicken is fully cooked through to 165ºF.

2. Remove chicken and let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Use two forks to shred chicken.

3. Add a drizzle of vegetable oil to a large skillet. Place a tortilla in the skillet. Spread with a tablespoon of adobo sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Spread shredded chicken on half of the tortilla. Turn on the heat to low. Cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy. Fold tortilla in half over the chicken. Remove from pan and repeat with the rest of the tortillas.

4. Garnish quesadillas with chopped cilantro. Slice and serve.

Honey Soy Chicken and Broccoli

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

3 cups broccoli florets

2 Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon water

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Cooked rice, for serving

Preparation:

1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain.

2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add Tyson Individually Frozen All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Cover with a lid and cook for 6 minutes. Flip chicken, cover again, and cook for another 6–7 minutes. Uncover pan, flip chicken one more time, and sear until chicken is fully cooked through to 165ºF.

4. Melt butter in a skillet. Add honey, soy sauce, kosher salt, and cornstarch slurry. Stir and bring to a simmer, then toss in chicken and broccoli. Stir-fry for a minute or two until everything is coated in sauce.

5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with cooked rice.
