You know when you feel frustrated and you do not know how to release that frustration and begin to scream? Welcome to my club. I have been diagnosed with ADHD and I will tell you what I deal with on a daily basis to where I want to scream and sometimes do scream. To be clear, this is what I experience and everyone may experience differently. I have created my top six things that I struggle with on a daily basis. 1. Doing an activity and all of a sudden lose interest to not want to do that activity. 2. My mind is constantly on multiple different things at once, so difficult to pay attention. 3. I have uncontrollable energy and impulses, such as continuously eating food or drinking coffee. In other words, feels like an addiction. 4. My mind is always racing to where I have difficulty sleeping. Equivalent to a song playing continuously in your head. 5. Difficult to self-regulate, I tend to get emotional. 6. I create a product, such as this post and my mind keeps changing about the product to point where I am never satisfied.
