A few months back I went through a traumatic incident which led me to not get enough sleep.I kept getting depressed and didn't know how to talk to anyone about it.
The frequent panic attacks didn't help. I tried to be happy but my mind wasn't letting me.
But I did get through it, it made me stronger and smarter.
Here are a few things i learnt from my experience:
1. It makes you a kind person
2. You become realistic
3. It makes you realize your purpose
4. It makes you stronger
5. And lastly, It makes you makes you appreciate life
Just remember that no matter what is going on in your life, you will get through!
