Queen’s Terminal At Heathrow Airport Is Geared Up For Flights
Since 1955, only terminal 5 is being used at Heathrow airport, but now after 60 years its flights will be shared by another terminal, ’Terminal 2’—from tomorrow. United Airlines will take the lead for preceding its earliest flights from the ‘New Terminal’. On day one, Terminal 2 will operate 17 arriving and 17 departing flights carrying about 6,000 passengers. Terminal 2 is projected to be the home of 23 flights, ultimately, with 332 daily flights serving 54 destinations around the world.
