2 bags (550 g) Tostitos® Hint Of Spicy Queso Flavour Tortilla Chips

3 cups (350 g) Cheddar Cheese, shredded

2 cups (230 g) Leftover Turkey, shredded, preferably dark meat

1/2 cup (100 g) Black Beans

5 Eggs

Pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste for each egg

1/4 cup (22 g) Green Onions, thinly sliced

1/2 cup (83 g) Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Avocado Crema

2 Large Ripe Avocados

1 cup (230 g) Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt

Pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).

2. In a large 17x12-inch sheet pan, arrange the Tostitos® Hint Of Spicy Queso Flavour Tortilla Chips in an even layer and add a layer of cheese on top.

Add the second half of tortilla chips and top with shredded turkey, black beans, and remainder of cheese and eggs. Season eggs with freshly cracked black pepper and salt.

3. Bake for 14–16 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired doneness.

Meanwhile, peel, pit, and slice the avocado into smaller chunks. Using a blender or food processor, combine sour cream and avocado. Mix on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy, and then set aside.

4. Remove sheet pan from oven, and garnish with green onion, tomatoes, and generous dollops of avocado crema.

5. Serve and enjoy!
