    Today I'm walking you through some of my favorite MYOFASCIAL RELEASE TECHNIQUES to help you recover from your workouts and keep you in the game! Both the FOAM ROLLER and RUMBLE ROLLER are designed for myofascial release; in other words, to help smooth out any adhesions in your muscle tissue. It is akin to a rolling pin on ball of lumpy dough. The smoother the dough, the easier it is for the body to move. This, in the long run, will create better mobility and prevent injuries.
