Another exercise could be doing a spinning class, or high intensity cycling, in this way you can control the intensity and speed of your exercise, however the faster you go and the more effort you put into it, the more calories and fat you will lose. Preferably, practice spinning, which is most commonly done inside in a close room which can get very hot, and will make you sweat more. In addition, if you are the type of person who doesn't like a lot to exercise you should dance classes which will also help with cardio. Lastly, a great cardio exercise you can practice is step aerobics, or just normal aerobics. This will focus the fat around your legs and you gluteus. Your big muscles around this areas will generate a lot of sweat causing the loss of wait. With this you can lose almost 400 calories in 30 minutes if you work at the best of you. With this five simple exercises you can lose a lot of weight, and then you can start to tone up with no fat between you.

You should create an exercise routine. It will depend on what part of your body you want to give it shape to. Here are some helpful and really effective exercises that you can do in order to tone up your body as you want. You can start your warm up by doing lateral squats for 30 seconds, continuing with forward leg swing for another 30 seconds, and finish your warm up with doing 20 upper body twists. Then start the actual exercises with doing curtsy lunge of three sets, and in each 12 repetitions, with one minute break between each set. The you can continue with squat with kick back, the same repetition as the last exercise. After this you can start the circuits that consist in doing a plank with leg abduction, roll back, single leg bosu jump, and lying altering leg circles, do each of this exercises for three rounds times 30 seconds with one minute break between each round. With this fun and easy routine you can a toned and beautiful body.
