Instructions:
1. Mix 1 part glow in the dark paint and 2 parts water, then mix in enough plaster to achieve a thick, creamy consistency.
2. Scoop mixture into ice cube tray. Let dry for 24 hours.
3. Use bright light to charge chalk and enjoy!
