The FISA court is not in any way a ‘supreme court’. They do not rule on the legality of other cases from lower courts. They do not rule on whether other verdicts are constitutional. They do not rule on a wide variety of issues whatsoever at all. They are greatly limited to a very small scope. So why on earth would you state something like that? Its is entirely incorrect and misleading?!? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Intelligence_Surveillance_Court
